For your safety and in order to receive the maximum benefits of yoga, you will not be admitted to class ten minutes after it has started. Thank you!

 

  • New Students please arrive 15 minutes before your first class.
  • Practice well hydrated on an empty stomach.
  • Bring a towel, mat and H2O. Rental Mats & towels are available, $1. We sell Fuji Water bottles for $2.
  • All Classes are open to beginner and advanced students.

 

Ayuh offers 40+ classes per week with a full spectrum of different yoga methods and class times. Please listen to your body, work at your own pace/rest as need; not a competition with yourself or anyone else. We practice Acceptance, Compassion and Gratitude.

 

Tips:

"Less is more."

 

Yoga is a never-ending journey. Each posture has beginning and advanced stages. Once you are comfortable in the set-up of each posture go deeper gently and gradually. Focus on graceful movements and breath easy. Leave your ego aside.

 

"It's not how you look in the postures to others but how you feel."

 

Mirrors are helpful for beginners to see their alignment so don't be afraid to look at yourself. Always start anew with each breath and always work from a beginner's perspective to keep growing and discover the areas you've left out. The battle is already won by simply showing up each day. Believe in yourself, you are stronger than you think.
